Shipping Policy

Dispatch of products within India

The products available readily as stock are dispatched within 2-4 days from the day of the order confirmation. However, if there are further customizations required, or if it is bulk order the deliveries are managed as per the separate timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation. For deliveries we depend on other experts. Our preferred experts are FeDex, Delhivery, India Post for deliveries within India.

We do not charge for shipping within India when you order for a minimum amount of Rs.299. A maximum of Rs.89 is charged when your order value is less than Rs.299.

Dispatch of products outside India

Additional packing and documentations are needed. Hence, we promise to dispatch the product in maximum 7 business days for readily available products. We prefer the most cost-effective global courier. We charge shipping outside India on the basis of weight of the package.

It happens that there are taxes and duties levied by various authorities on international deliveries. This depends on the destination location’s laws and beyond our control. Hence, any such incidental taxes or duties would be borne by the customers and wouldn’t be covered by “free shipping” or “paid shipping”.

General

​We process only one shipping address for each order. Should you like to ship products to multiple addresses please place separate orders.

​Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you mentioned in the order page.

The number of days it would take for you to receive the product depends on the destination location, the courier partner selected and the choice of delivery selected. Hence, this can vary.

Usually our fabric items and finished handmade items are dispatched from different storage locations and hence, if your order consists of both, you will receive the courier in part. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive appropriate notification via email and/or message along with tracking details.

Payment Policy

Chaturango ensures highest standards of secured payment. We partner with world renowned payment service providers to achieve that. We offer secured online payment options via Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI transactions through PayPal and Razorpay.

Payments needs to be made for the total sum of product price (displayed on https://chaturango.com) and any shipping fee over and above (for orders below a certain limit) and will be as per the terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services (such as, PayPal) as adopted and applicable to your transaction.

​We do not charge you any fee of the third-party payment services.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or we take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s.
  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your banks.
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

We check and ensure the product quality before we dispatch. We also try to reach out to our customers to ensure they have received what they ordered. Hence, rest assured that you wouldn’t need to take up the hassle of any return. However, we would still accept a cancellation of the order if contacted via email (email : contact@chaturango.com) within 24 hours of the order placed . In that case, we would refund your payment in full, subject to any charges that the payment gateway levies on us.

​If the product is dispatched, we would need to pay the shipping cost and hence, we are afraid, we wouldn’t be able to process any return and refund your payment.

However, for any concern please reach out to us and we would help you as much as possible by us.

Refund of your payment when we aren’t able to deliver your order: We do not foresee any challenge in delivering your order. However, under unavoidable and unfortunate circumstances, if we aren’t able to deliver your product, please rest assured that we would refund your payments as soon as possible, in full.
